I read everything that arrives. I am one person doing this alongside other work, so a reply can take a few days rather than a few hours. I would rather say that than promise a response time I cannot hold to.
For a bug report, the three things that actually help me reproduce it are the tool name, your browser and version, and what you did right before it went wrong. A sample input helps most of all, though please do not send anything confidential.
